Our swimming carnival was held on Friday 16 February, in perfect conditions at the John Houston Memorial Pool.
Congratulations to all swimmers who participated and those who swam personal best times. It was noted that all students showed not only fabulous sportsmanship, but also gave it their best and had a go.
It was with great excitement that three of our students broke records. Congratulations to;
Henry Cannon 11 year boys breaststroke 51.57s (previously held by D. Meldrum 51.73s 1989)
Mela Polhill 11 year girls butterfly 44.47s (previously held by S. Smith 45.08s 1992)
Dusty Plum 12/13 years butterfly 40.11s (previously held by M. Barnes 41.41s 2013)
Cadell were crowned the champion house on the day (173) followed by Oxley (144), Sturt (96) and then Cobb (91).
